Unlike a local Honda dealer who said to me “it’s just like riding a bicycle” which is completely not true, David Bloodworth took the time to help me select the ride motorcycle for my riding ability at the time and it didn’t stop there! I bought a used 2012 K1600 GTL from Bloodworth. Glenn was extremely helpful during the process and took care of all my questions. Being an out of state buyer I figured the paperwork would be a nightmare but Virginia took care of it without a problem. She even tolerated my bad jokes. Bike was preped and ready when I arrived. Glenn even helped me load and secure the bike for the 300 mile trip home in 95 degree heat. Overall a great experience and pleasure to do business with Bloodworth.

My BMW R1200GS recently required work. The parts were in stock and the service department installed the new fuel pump within two hours. They also cleaned up some the wiring that looked like xxxx after I had installed auxilliary running lights. Thanks to the parts and service department! Good Job!

My husband and I were on a motorcycle trip coming from Canada. Mid trip we realized he needed a new back tire, it was down to the core. If you own a Ducati, you know that dealers are few and far between and dont usually have the part you need sitting around. We finally found this place. We called, and their answer was we have your tire, when can ya get here? Amazing. We made it to Nashville and they had two new tires on er the next morning at 9am. Fast and amazing service. They checked my bike over as well and topped up the oil to make sure we could finish the trip. We were on our way. Little did we know we had another bike issue later on in the trip. Another call to the dealership, they talked my husband through what to do, emailed him some specs. Got us on our way. Nashville Motos will take care of ya!! Highly recommend. I also received some pointers from their staff on walking the bike. Very cool people.

In today’s world of buying motorcycles, you find what you want wherever it is and bring it home. I located a new 2022 R1250RT in Mineral White Metallic in MI and was able to get it shipped to Nashville easily (transporter was going through Nashville, but not where I lived). Robyn at Nashville Moto’s was kind enough to accept delivery (I live 3 hours away, so timing delivery would have been a nightmare) saving me a special trip. Not only were they kind enough to accept delivery, they let me pick it up a couple days later, they made certain the battery was fully charged and they checked the tire pressure so I would have no issues on the way home. Great service from a dealer with nothing to gain from the transaction. Can highly recommend them based on my limited experience, but image they treat all their customers this way. If I ever have any issues and I’m close to Nashville, I know where I’m headed. Thanks again!

Tried out Nashville Motos for Ducati service. They followed through on what they said they would do when I reached out to them. They got me in and out when they said. This sounds simple, but in my experience, other dealers don’t do this. While my bike was being serviced, I strolled around the BMW and Ducati showrooms. The staff were very friendly without being too eager and the showrooms (bikes and accessories) were well-stocked with good variety. I like that they specialize in two bike brands and focus their passion for those brands. Too many dealers have a little of this and little of that and as a result don’t have a passion for any of the brands they sell. Matt Thurman (Ducati Sales) was particularly enjoyable to talk with and went above-and-beyond to make sure that I had an enjoyable experience. Thanks Matt! Finally, the showrooms had a cool lounge/Nashville vibe that was comfortable and a place that you want to just hang out.I highly recommend Nashville Motos and will be returning there for future Sales, Service, and Accessories.
